Implicit cd

Like the Friendly Interactive Shell, Ion also supports executing the cd command automatically when given a path. Paths are denoted by beginning with .///~, or ending with /.

~/Documents # cd ~/Documents
..          # cd ..
.config     # cd .config
examples/   # cd examples/
